When items are in stock, the average preparation time is 2 to 5 working days for France.

3. Shipping

Once the order is prepared, it is entrusted to one of our partner carriers.

LAVISTA works notably with:

  • and other carriers depending on the destination

The choice of carrier is made automatically based on the delivery country and the type of order.

In general, deliveries occur within a few days after dispatch.

International

As soon as your order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent.

  • information about the carrier.

The customer can thus track their package at any time until delivery.

  • monitor the delivery of the package;
  • propose an adapted solution in case of a confirmed problem.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is declared lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.

An investigation may be opened with the carrier concerned.

Depending on the situation, LAVISTA may offer:

  • a reshipment of the product;
  • a full or partial refund;
  • or another appropriate solution.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Delivery

In case of non-collection of the package or refusal of delivery by the customer, the package may be returned to LAVISTA.

Return or reshipment fees may then be applied.
